Event Policies & Agreement
By signing or confirming registration, the organization ("Client") agrees to abide by all Facilitione event policies in full. Facilitione reserves the right to adjust schedules, venues, formats, speakers, or programming as needed without refund obligation. The Client is solely responsible for its own insurance coverage. Facilitione assumes no liability for loss, damage, or injury of any kind sustained in connection with the event.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Facilitione with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
Payment & Registration
All registrations are non-refundable once confirmed. Payment must be made in full by the invoice due date. Overdue balances may be referred to a collections agency without further notice, and the Client will bear all associated collection fees, legal costs, and interest charges.
Facilitione reserves the right to deny access to the event if payment has not been received in full by the event date.
Media Consent
Our company consents to the use of the image(s) uploaded with this application for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes by Facilitione. The image(s) may be used in print, digital, and social media materials. No compensation will be provided for such use.
Our company further consents to Facilitione capturing and using photos and videos of our organization, representatives, and activities during the event. Such media may be used in marketing, promotional, advertising, and social media materials both during and after the event, without restriction on duration or territory.
Use of Website
By accessing and using the Facilitione website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability or accessibility. You must not use the website to copy, store, host, transmit, or distribute any material that consists of or is linked to any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, or other malicious software.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Facilitione and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
