Facilitione's refund policy for event registrations, digital products, and services. Understand your options and how to submit a request.
All event registrations are subject to our participation terms. Please review this policy carefully before confirming your booking.
No-Refund Policy
All registrations, sponsorships, and purchases made through Facilitione are strictly non-refundable. Once a registration or payment is confirmed, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the Client, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or changes in business circumstances.
This policy applies to all event registrations, digital products, sponsorship packages, and any other services offered by Facilitione.
Event Cancellation or Modification by Facilitione
Facilitione reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event at its sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation by Facilitione, the Client may receive a credit toward a future event of equal or lesser value, but shall not be entitled to a cash or monetary refund.
Facilitione assumes no liability for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred by the Client in connection with a cancelled or modified event.
Force Majeure
Facilitione shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, or failure of third-party services. No refunds will be issued in force majeure situations.
Substitutions
Registration substitutions — replacing one named attendee with another from the same organization — may be permitted up to 7 days prior to the event, subject to Facilitione’s approval. Please contact info@facilitione.com to request a substitution. Substitutions are not guaranteed and are granted at Facilitione’s sole discretion.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for a confirmed registration is a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Facilitione reserves the right to deny future event participation to any Client who initiates an unauthorized chargeback. All chargeback disputes will be contested with full documentation of the confirmed registration and these Terms.
